Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cleveland Kidder M846-12171-520 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Danaher products, including obsoleted and phased-out Datalogic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Cutler-Hammer product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Danaher such as the HR62510000351PS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SDS105M1237 manufactured by Datalogic and we are pleased to be able to service most Datalogic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E51CLP4P5 by Manufacturer Cutler-Hammer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Data Brand F56101101 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Corrosion-Control such as BAG4820M2BH equipment made by Corrosion-Control have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Corrosion-Control products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Corrosion-Control" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CG175 made by Coti-Global-Inc. as well as the popular 1350A6511 original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 96477083LC48 by Data-Instruments and BAG4820M2BH spares by Corrosion-Control are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1250B6517 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-Hammer.
